Leave the relocated White Trail at the new junction below the col and continue uphill to the col where the trail turns R and the Piper Link shortly leaves L. Climb past view ledges to the N summit of Piper Mountain, where there are rock chairs and blueberries in season. The Piper Mountain Trail comes in from the R here. The higher S summit of Piper Mountain (2044') can be reached by continuing ahead on the poorly-marked Whiteface connector trail which ambles .2 miles along the ridge to the double summit.
